Air Wick’s Fresher Homes Club – ‘Win a Luxury Spa Day’ Competition

Terms & Conditions:

• This Competition is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; aged 18 years and who have joined Air Wick’s Fresher Homes Club, except employees of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited of 103-105 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 3UH (the “Promoter”) and its affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone connected with the Competition.
• This competition is free to enter.
• Entrants will entered into the Competition upon joining Air Wick’s Fresher Homes Club
• Competition prize includes a Luxury Spa Day for two at a chosen Spa in United Kingdom, dependent on location of winning entrant. The prize includes the Luxury Spa Package – full use the luxury Day Spa facilities, one Face and Body Treatment and a Champagne lunch, transfer to and from the Spa is not included.
• The Closing Date for entry to the Competition is 23:59 on Sunday 17th July 2011
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
• The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the Closing Date.
• Each entrant can receive a maximum of one entry into the Competition.
• There is no cash alternative.
• The Promoter can not be held responsible for any late or lost entries.
• The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
• The Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the use by the Promoter of the information contained in the entry for the purposes of administering the Competition and for future marketing purposes.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
