The starter kit includes 1 warmer made of a ceramic bowl, a ceramic base with a metal heating plate, 3 wax bar refills of the fragrance mentioned on the kit and a detachable power cable of 1.6 meters long.
Break off one Wax Bar and place it in the center of the clean and empty bowl. Make sure the warmer is plugged in and the button is switched on the “on” position.
The Wax Melt Kit is designed to work with a wax bar in the bowl – it is not recommended to use it without.
The fragrance of a single wax bar will last 20 hours.
The outside part of the removable bowl will be less than <65°C (assuming room temperature of 25°C), which makes it safe to have around the house.
The working temperature of the red metal plate on the top of the ceramic base is approximately 120°C. It is not safe to touch it and the red warning symbol on the plate is there as a reminder.
The liquid wax temperature is between 60°C and 90°C in different places: the centre of the bowl may be up to 90°C but the liquid wax on the edge will be closer to 60°C. It is recommended to keep your fingers clear of the liquid wax.

No, do not use more than one Wax Bar at a time. You do not need to mix bars for interesting scents: indeed Life Scents is the first constantly changing fragrance that delivers a more true to life experience. There are currently various Life Scents variants available on the market.
It is recommended to wait for the wax bar to be consumed before adding a new one in. When fragrance is no longer being released, switch off and allow wax to cool before pressing it out of the warmer. You may use blunt wood or a rubber tool to press the wax out, and a warm soapy sponge to clean the bowl inside and out.
Black is the only available colour for the ceramic bowl and base. The black power cable matches the kit.
The shelf life of the product is 2 years.
Do not add essential oils or any other kind of fragrance to the bowl: this is dangerous and could result in a hazardous product. Foreign materials should never be added into the bowl.
